MAGGI GU and her husband MING QIAN, your Chef, has been a chef since 1995 when he started in Shanghai, China. He knows many different recipes of Chinese Food and has used his wealth of experience to built an extensive menu for you.
Maggie GUs' major work is to buy fresh meat and vegetables daily, and to organise the business from the "front". She is always busy and is the one answering your phone calls !!!
Their son is Ruobei Qian, who is 15 years old, and he gives his Dad and Mum a hand if they are busy. He tastes a different dish daily , gives advice to make sure the quality is always best.
This is a family run business and started in Newmarket Road in March 2007.
